Klavy is a full SaaS platform for the French rental market. Agencies use it for tenant verification, lease generation, and AI legal assistance. Renters use it to self-verify their dossier and browse listings. The core is a 14-node LangGraph AI agent that handles intent classification, legal Q&A over 3,000 Legifrance law chunks, document processing with OCR and risk scoring, and GDPR-compliant data handling. ~40K lines of code across FastAPI backend and Next.js frontend.
